Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 9,760 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, KRAS, and PTPRD. Each is linked with UBAP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBAP1-to-partner and partner-to-UBAP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by UBAP1-low versus UBAP1-high in GBM.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
