UBAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,598 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJA1, PLS3, and SMU1. Each is linked with UBAP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBAP1-to-partner and partner-to-UBAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBAP1 versus DNAJA1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
