Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,410 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOPORS, DCAF12, and RGP1. Each is linked with UBAP1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBAP1-to-partner and partner-to-UBAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBAP1 versus TOPORS in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
