Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,164 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autophagosome organization, Positive regulation of GTPase activity, and Vacuole organization. Each is linked with UBAP1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBAP1-to-partner and partner-to-UBAP1 results are reported.
