UBAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPACA7, C1orf87, and OR1M1. Each is linked with UBAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBAP1-to-partner and partner-to-UBAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPACA7 grouped by UBAP1-low versus UBAP1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
