UBA6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,892 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX17, TCF20, and HMGXB4. Each is linked with UBA6 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBA6-to-partner and partner-to-UBA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBA6 versus DDX17 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
