UBA6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBA6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 324 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are EVX2, PROP1, and IFNE. Each is linked with UBA6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBA6-to-partner and partner-to-UBA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EVX2 grouped by UBA6-low versus UBA6-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
