Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBA52 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,857 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBA52-associated genes across cancer lineages are KANK3, USP11, and ENG. Each is linked with UBA52 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBA52-to-partner and partner-to-UBA52 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBA52→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBA52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
