Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBA3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBA3 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher UBA3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBA3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where UBA3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
