UBA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,252 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAE1, NUBPL, and PPIF. Each is linked with UBA3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBA3-to-partner and partner-to-UBA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBA3 versus NAE1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
