Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBA3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,987 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HEMK1, ACVR2B, and GCSH. Each is linked with UBA3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBA3-to-partner and partner-to-UBA3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBA3 versus HEMK1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
