Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,165 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP86, RPS12P15, and RNU6-1023P. Each is linked with UBA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBA3-to-partner and partner-to-UBA3 results are reported.
