UBA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBA3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, p62 Lck ligand, and PCNA. Each is linked with UBA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBA3-to-partner and partner-to-UBA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182 grouped by UBA3-low versus UBA3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
