UBA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,549 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAE1, PUS7, and SAMD4B. Each is linked with UBA2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBA2-to-partner and partner-to-UBA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBA2 versus SAE1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
