Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, eEF2, and MEK1. Each is linked with UBA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBA2-to-partner and partner-to-UBA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by UBA2-low versus UBA2-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
