Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP14, ARL1, and SFTPA1. Each is linked with UBA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBA2-to-partner and partner-to-UBA2 results are reported.
