Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,577 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KDM6A, ZNF182, and TSR2. Each is linked with UBA1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBA1-to-partner and partner-to-UBA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBA1 versus KDM6A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
