UBA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 390 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE1C, ANKRD54, and CBY1. Each is linked with UBA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBA1-to-partner and partner-to-UBA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCE1C grouped by UBA1-low versus UBA1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
