Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,609 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP2A3, XBP1, and GTF2IRD2P1. Each is linked with UAP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UAP1-to-partner and partner-to-UAP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UAP1 versus ATP2A3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
