UACA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UACA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,780 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UACA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDLIM7, SRPX2, and CALD1. Each is linked with UACA in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UACA-to-partner and partner-to-UACA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UACA versus PDLIM7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UACA→partner) and Y-score (partner→UACA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
