UACA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UACA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UACA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, mTOR_pS2448, and Notch1. Each is linked with UACA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UACA-to-partner and partner-to-UACA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by UACA-low versus UACA-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UACA→partner) and Y-score (partner→UACA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
