Across TCGA patient cohorts, U2AF1L5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,131 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible U2AF1L5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, Maintenance of cell number, and Regulation of peptidyl-lysine acetylation. Each is linked with U2AF1L5 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both U2AF1L5-to-partner and partner-to-U2AF1L5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic grouped by U2AF1L5-low versus U2AF1L5-high in GBM.
