U2AF1L5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, U2AF1L5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,746 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible U2AF1L5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell cycle DNA replication, Maturation of 5.8S rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Double-strand break repair via break-induced replication. Each is linked with U2AF1L5 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both U2AF1L5-to-partner and partner-to-U2AF1L5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cell cycle DNA replication grouped by U2AF1L5-low versus U2AF1L5-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (U2AF1L5→partner) and Y-score (partner→U2AF1L5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
