Across TCGA patient cohorts, U2AF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,043 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible U2AF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Termination of RNA polymerase II transcription, Peptidyl-lysine acetylation, and Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay. Each is linked with U2AF1 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both U2AF1-to-partner and partner-to-U2AF1 results are reported.
