Across TCGA cell cohorts, U2AF1 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible U2AF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Erlotinib, BMS-345541, and Cyclophosphamide. Each is linked with U2AF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both U2AF1-to-partner and partner-to-U2AF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Erlotinib grouped by U2AF1-low versus U2AF1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
