TYW3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TYW3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 96 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYW3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL7P35, ISCA1P2, and LCE1D. Each is linked with TYW3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYW3-to-partner and partner-to-TYW3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL7P35 grouped by TYW3-low versus TYW3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYW3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYW3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
