TYW1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TYW1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,530 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYW1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNN1, ENTPD1, and TLL1. Each is linked with TYW1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYW1-to-partner and partner-to-TYW1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYW1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYW1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
