TYW1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TYW1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,095 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYW1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBL2, CANX, and DPM3. Each is linked with TYW1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYW1-to-partner and partner-to-TYW1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYW1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYW1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
