TYR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TYR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,692 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MXRA5, C1QTNF5, and IKBIP. Each is linked with TYR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYR-to-partner and partner-to-TYR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TYR versus MXRA5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
