TYR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TYR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYR-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC11A, MYOG, and DCDC2. Each is linked with TYR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYR-to-partner and partner-to-TYR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TYR versus CLEC11A in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
