TYR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TYR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,221 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ORC1, HIRA, and HSPD1. Each is linked with TYR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYR-to-partner and partner-to-TYR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ORC1 grouped by TYR-low versus TYR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
