TYR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TYR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYR-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCRL4, NCR1, and PRB1. Each is linked with TYR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYR-to-partner and partner-to-TYR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCRL4 grouped by TYR-low versus TYR-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
