TXNRD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXNRD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,145 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXNRD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARVCF_S343, TRMT2A, and RANBP1. Each is linked with TXNRD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNRD2-to-partner and partner-to-TXNRD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXNRD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXNRD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
