Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXNDC9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,428 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TXNDC9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRRC2C, PAPLN, and RIF1_S782. Each is linked with TXNDC9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNDC9-to-partner and partner-to-TXNDC9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TXNDC9 versus PRRC2C in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXNDC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXNDC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
