Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXNDC9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,648 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TXNDC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD14, CKAP2L, and MCM6. Each is linked with TXNDC9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNDC9-to-partner and partner-to-TXNDC9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TXNDC9 versus PSMD14 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXNDC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXNDC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
