Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXNDC9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TXNDC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-165P, ALDH2, and IL9. Each is linked with TXNDC9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNDC9-to-partner and partner-to-TXNDC9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-165P grouped by TXNDC9-low versus TXNDC9-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXNDC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXNDC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
