Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXNDC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,088 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TXNDC5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBC1D10C, MZB1, and UBE2J1. Each is linked with TXNDC5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNDC5-to-partner and partner-to-TXNDC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TXNDC5 versus TBC1D10C in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXNDC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXNDC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
