TXNDC5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXNDC5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,511 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXNDC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGKC, IGKJ4, and IGLV4-69. Each is linked with TXNDC5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNDC5-to-partner and partner-to-TXNDC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TXNDC5 versus IGKC in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXNDC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXNDC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
