Across TCGA cell cohorts, TXNDC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,374 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXNDC5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycoprotein biosynthetic process, Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane, and Regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with TXNDC5 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNDC5-to-partner and partner-to-TXNDC5 results are reported.
