TXNDC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TXNDC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXNDC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ICOS, PRB1, and HPCAL4. Each is linked with TXNDC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNDC5-to-partner and partner-to-TXNDC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ICOS grouped by TXNDC5-low versus TXNDC5-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXNDC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXNDC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
