TXNDC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TXNDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXNDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA19, DAZ2, and WFDC12. Each is linked with TXNDC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNDC2-to-partner and partner-to-TXNDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA19 grouped by TXNDC2-low versus TXNDC2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXNDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXNDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
