TXNDC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TXNDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,824 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXNDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DELE1, AR, and SH3BP1. Each is linked with TXNDC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNDC2-to-partner and partner-to-TXNDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DELE1 grouped by TXNDC2-low versus TXNDC2-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXNDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXNDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
