TXNDC16

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXNDC16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXNDC16-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with TXNDC16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNDC16-to-partner and partner-to-TXNDC16 results are reported.
