Across TCGA cell cohorts, TXNDC16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,688 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TXNDC16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of stem cell population maintenance, Negative regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition, and Negative regulation of cell cycle process. Each is linked with TXNDC16 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNDC16-to-partner and partner-to-TXNDC16 results are reported.
