TXNDC15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXNDC15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXNDC15-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Ku80. Each is linked with TXNDC15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNDC15-to-partner and partner-to-TXNDC15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by TXNDC15-low versus TXNDC15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXNDC15→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXNDC15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
