Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TXNDC11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TXNDC11 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher TXNDC11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TXNDC11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LGG, ESCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where TXNDC11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
