TXNDC11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXNDC11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,848 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXNDC11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDXDC1, GMPPB, and NME3. Each is linked with TXNDC11 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNDC11-to-partner and partner-to-TXNDC11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TXNDC11 versus PDXDC1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXNDC11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXNDC11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
