TXNDC11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXNDC11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXNDC11-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Cyclin-B1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with TXNDC11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNDC11-to-partner and partner-to-TXNDC11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by TXNDC11-low versus TXNDC11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXNDC11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXNDC11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
