TXN2P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXN2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,272 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXN2P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POGZ, HNRNPLL, and CTDSPL2. Each is linked with TXN2P1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXN2P1-to-partner and partner-to-TXN2P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXN2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXN2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
