TXN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,513 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMDT1, TOMM22, and MAPK1. Each is linked with TXN2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXN2-to-partner and partner-to-TXN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TXN2 versus SMDT1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
